Not everyone can express their thoughts down into paper and it is good that we are acknowledging this problem. However, exams are a part of all schooling programs (board exams,etc.) and eliminating them may deprive students of qualities like perseverance, tolerance, and other skills they need for later school

Teachers will be more focused on teaching and using ongoing assessments to grade students' work. 1. Teachers need to have a full written description of each tab or means of assessment to be used.
2. I suggest having this kind of assessment in a few classes; study its effectiveness and reflect on its minuses and plusses, then to be modified according to study results. Next year, all teachers use it confidently.
3. To apply a new assessment system at the third semester may cause confusion to families.
All efforts are appreciated, and we wish to reach success and be fair in our evaluation.
