Shoutout to Aneysa for helping me initiate a class meeting to discuss emotions! Not only was it incredibly helpful for the kiddos but for me as well. Even as an adult I sometimes don't know how to manage my emotions in overwhelming situations and you were so helpful! I feel much more prepared to do class meetings now and have some tools in my toolbox to help deal with stressful/overwhelming situations and the kids now also have some tools in their toolboxes to turn to when they are feeling big emotions. I had such a fun time watching you in 1st grade today! I loved how you used games like Simon Says to teach-- it was super engaging for the kids and helped reinforce literary concepts. Thank-you all so much for making me feel like a full time part of the team even when I can only be there part time. I appreciate that questions come via chat/email all the time and there is not a big pile up when I get there. I appreciate that itinerants are included in all of the special events. I love how welcomed I feel when I go into any classroom and I love that I don't have to "announce" why I'm there (I promise it is NEVER to evaluate you or your lesson! But even if it were, I'd have lots of good things to share!) I love that I can count on all of you to follow-up or follow-through as needed to support our kids and that you advocate so well for our students. I so appreciate the level of professionalism that you all demonstrate without losing any of the personal touch or human approach.

I do not know how to tell you enough how thankful I am for being apart of your team! I cannot express how wonderful it feels to know I am supported, even in tough situations. Usually, when parents reach out with concerns about their child at school, my first reaction is to panic (I don't know why, no reason to), and second to ask you for assistance. I felt such a relief getting a message back saying you would handle it. You eliminated my worry just as quick as it had come. Thank you for all you have done for me and for my team this year. I look forward to an even better 2022/23 school year, here, at the best school ever...IRVING! Go bullpups!

I really want to thank you for stepping out of your comfort zone and agreeing to be our Primary grades math lead. You instantly put on your leader and mentor hats and accepted the challenge. You welcomed visitors into your classroom with a smile and never skipped a beat during your teaching. It is important to have an open mind and to be flexible and you have gone above and beyond that by also meeting with and planning with 1st grade. Your expertise is greatly appreciated throughout the building. Thank you thank you for working alongside of me in helping to make my job easier and making an impact on your colleagues.
