Life has been busy with the preparation for the arrival of my daughter, who is due in May, and I took on 14 units along with managing a Masonic hall in Manteca. I took this class for two reasons. First I wanted to solidify my choice in major, and explore all my opportunities. Second is that this class forced me to take time out of my day as a student and parent to focus on my path and growth, for without this class I would not have done it. I also had a phobia of taking an online class, which I would of rather taken this course on campus, but I learned invaluable online communication skills, computer skills, and how to use certain programs to my advantage. I enjoyed being able to explore myself objectively, and asses my strengths and weaknesses; sometimes I had to be brutally honest with myself... I would like to thank everyone who participated in my journey, and thank you for letting me participate in yours. Their are so many things I got form this class I can't list all of them yet, let alone know all the benefits I have yet to find.

I started out this semester confused and off my ball. It tend's to take me a moment to get my bearings when a new semester starts. Once I got into the groove of things this class was a smooth and productive course. I got much more in depth about my personality profile and got to look at other's, I looked into Ornithology/aviculture as a profession all over again and through both this class and some explorations of the state I found out not only am I cut out for concept art, but also a veterinarian. 
I recommend this class to any who are unsure of what placement they want in this world or who they are. 
A nice perk is that as long as you are ready to sit and read some content you can go through the course at your own pace. I had the option to go ahead of the class and did so when I felt inclined to do so.
