In my opinion, schools should focus on the skills people need rather than the theoretical aspects of the related field as these people will use these skills when they start their careers. For instance, I study English language teaching and after the graduation, I want to be a teacher. That's why, designing mini-lessons and doing official visits to the schools, supervising different levels of teachers are more beneficial for me than writing theoretical essays or doing examinations about neurolinguistics. I believe I learned a lot after teaching 4th level kids a mini lesson on clothes.

For me, If teachers was paid according to the exam results, there would be an inequality because of students not attending or not studying. For instance, While I was studying in Erzincan Fen Lisesi, we had an elderly math teacher, most of students prefer not to attend his lesson and prefer not to listen him. As a result, their exam results were quiet bad.To sum up, if there was a system like that, it would be a mistake.

From my point of view, I do not agree with this. Because teachers just teach and the rest of learning progress depends on student which one is lazy or successful. For example, a teacher who is bad or not enough has a good student and it is possible and against , too. Also, nowadays students have different options for learning like YouTube. And lots of teachers affect student. As a result, teachers help this situation but it does not depend on mainly on teacher.

In my opinion exam is unnecessary. Students should be ranked according to their abilities. Because everyone has different interests. To sum up, the achievement should not depend on an exam. I think there are different ways for it. For example assigments. Assigments are better than exams. Therefore we can not say examination results are the most important aspect of education.

According to me, exams are important but we can't say the most important thing for school. For example, in Turkey, people give much importance to the exams. This situation negatively affects students physically and psychologically. Therefore, we should focus on another things than the exam in school life such as assignments. Like this, we can educate students efficiently.

As for me, academic achievement doesn't depend mainly on your teacher. I believe that If only a person desires to be successful, then he/she becomes. For instance; If you don’t understand your lessons and you can't keep up with your class because of your teacher, there are lots of ways to dope out about this such as you can watch videos on free platforms, you can study by yourself with your books, you can take a course… As you see there are lots of options. All you need is to believe yourself and study regularly and you’ll definitely see success.

I believe education has a important place on our social development. Students spend so much time in their schools and with their friends since their childhoods. They learn a lot of things about life and gain some characteristic abilities in schools. The atmosphere of school must be appropriate to students and educational purposes. For instance, if school is give education for a particular sector, it must prepare students to this sector with use some visual and useful additions about it.

I believe that it is clearly true in primary schools especially state schools. When you are children, it is easy to lose control about lessons and subjects and if you don’t have a chance of privilege lessons, you can miss the topics. For example, if your mathematics teacher were a bad teacher and bad at communication in primary school, it would affect your whole mathematics life.
