The sustainability policy of the company Morelco S.A.S defines the clear guidelines and commitments on the 7 most important issues for sustainable management. These 7 themes are: compliance, People Development, Safety and Health, Environment, Operational Excellence, Communication and Dialogue, and Sharing and well-being. In the corporate sustainability policy, we find that Morelco S.A.S, is an Engineering and Infrastructure Group committed to the sustainable development of the countries where it operates. Through business, it seeks to generate value in the long term for the different interest groups and is convinced that this will only be possible if they guarantee economically viable, socially beneficial and environmentally safe results. Therefore, the sustainability strategy is based on two fundamental pillars: the responsible management of operations and sharing well-being with society, through education and the development of citizen behavior. The company Morelco S.A.S, under a preventive approach, implements actions that mitigate the environmental impacts of its operations and improve the environmental quality of natural resources. With a focus on the identification and mitigation of environmental risks derived from its activities; as support documents they have the ISO 14001 guidelines, Corporate Sustainability Policy, Environmental Policy of each business, and applicable Environmental Regulation.

Regarding non-conformities, it is concluded that they were not found at the time the company intervened, because the entity has all the supports, evidences, in short, everything in order; and its processes certified and justified to the current regulations.
