One of the best team building we've had because you were there. I can attest how these people loves you sir. Aminado naman din kami sir na natatakot kami sayo when it comes to work-related issues pero when it comes to non work-related na po, nafeel namin yung love and care mo saamin. Yung mga gestures mo sir like makikipag-okrayan ka saamin, makikipagtawanan, makikinig sa mga kabaliwan ng isa't isa and most specially yung you ask us about our personal lives kasi you wanna get to know more about us and you want to understand bakit kami ganito - those are the few of many things that we will really miss about you, sir. Lalo na yung nginig ng agents pag nakikita na nila na number mo yung tumatawag sa Avaya (memorize na nila yung number mo haha)

Sir Jason, alam ko po na bago lang akong supervisor pero lahat po ng paghandle sa operation most of it po ay natutunan ko po sa inyo, alam k naman po n walang magulang ang hindi nagmamahal sa mga anak and pag pinapagalitan ninyo kami ibig pong sabihin nun eh mahal po ninyo kami..
