         <description><![CDATA[<div>"The fool speaks, the wise man listens" means that wise men have the ability to listen and interpret what people are saying. However, fools are insecure about their knowledge and never really know quite what they should talk about. Therefore, they continuously talk to hide the fact that they don't have a good idea of what they are actually talking about. This proverb reveals that wise men have the ability to take in information and ideas and rarely have the need to speak if they can listen. In addition, wise men have the skill in which they are able to listen to advice from others and hear their ideas. Fools, on the other hand, believe that they always are right and have correct ideas. They will not accept anyone else's thoughts. This truth relates to the fact that wise men only speak because they really have something important to say. Fools speak because they HAVE to say something at times.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

The wise man will turn it into a reasonable idea.
