A big part of each teachers’ education is learning how to tailor teaching to different kinds of learners.

The lack of standardized testing and examination is another aspect.

We can refer to the Japanese education model, which is called "equity model". Japan's success is inextricably linked to its education system. The Japanese education system is absolutely fair. It has two policies, the first hardware standardization, the second teacher standardization. Hardware standardization was in vogue in Japan a hundred years ago. Every school across the country has the same classrooms, library, dormitories, playgrounds, and even the dishes for lunch. Every school is like a clone. It's all subsidized by the state. Second, the standardization of teachers is that the teachers of elementary and junior high schools in Japan must rotate their posts once every six years, and the teachers in urban areas must be transferred from one district to another every six years, even to the countryside. In order to motivate primary and secondary school teachers, they are not only paid well, but also integrated into Japan's civil service system.

This helps remove the inequality suffered by students from the better or worse classes.
