A big part of each teachers’ education is learning how to tailor teaching to different kinds of learners. 

The lack of standardized testing and examination is another aspect. Students’ learning is assessed through various qualitative methods that focus on the overall development of the student and learning soft skills(more practical such as communicating and problem-solving) rather than rote learning and quantitative scores.

Based on students’ socioeconomic status, schools and governments should provide more resources to those belonging to low socioeconomic status so that their gap between the high socioeconomic status would be narrowed down.

Elimination of class division based on students’ academic performance
→ students’ self esteem
→ students of lower ability can learn from those talented students

The government should put more effort in investing more in health, education, social protection, etc, for the young people, and weaken the inequality between them.
