This event affected my life greatly. My grandma became such a big part of my life during the time she lived with us. Everyday my family and I would come home and take care of her and spend time with her. She suffered from COPD and had many other health issues. She was extremely sick all the time but we helped make her final year a great one. After this I was unable to play baseball and golf for over a year and this made me a lot less athletic as I used to be.
