I think it is kind of like the following books,

The Giver except for the lights and stuff. People get assigned jobs at a young age.

Enclave because people get assigned jobs and a name at a certain age.

Divergent a little bit because the people have to decide the rest of their life .

I really like it because it is very mysterious and very exciting because the box has a secret to hold for 220 years and the mayor seems like a major antagonist. I think somebody will find the box and if they mayor gets it he will do bad things with the secret inside and if Lina gets it she will do good things with it.

I think it will start getting into the job of the pipe works people and Dune and I think Dune will try to open the box but Lina will figure out his plan and stop Dune and I dont know what book it reminds me of

I think that the mayor is going to let Lina go and she is going to continue her duty of being the Messenger. Like we talked about yesterday, I agree that we think the delivery from the man to the mayor is the box.

I like the book and believe they are underground in the past. we really didnt get a "when" or ":where so we must make our best guess. I like it

I think that the special delivery is acctually going to be the box and the mayor will open it. Also I think that it's kind of like the book "House of Secrets." I have it at my desk.
