I could have done better by connecting answers to more of what the company was looking for and less about me personally. It showed us what to expect when applying for a real life job and what to expect from their needs and questions. Some things I learned about myself is I can be nervous at most times when being interviewed, but I would try to hang in there and do my best. Some things that I could have done better was stay calm, relax and just and make sure I answer their questions and try not to stutter or pause for a long time. I feel as though I spent too much time giving thought to my answers, as  I should’ve had more thought preparation beforehand. It made me seem more unprepared, because in all honesty, I was. I really haven’t had many conflicts to talk about, and I really need to get better about talking about myself.
How could you have done better? I definitely could have prepared better with the types of questions that would be asked. I had to do a lot more thinking on the fly than I should have.
