Also other agencies such as the CIA, FBI, and Customs should do something, like blocking certain sites that allow people to purchase these drugs online. 
Southern Border: Border patrol should increase the size of their processing facilities. That will make the process much easier and safer. Also, when people are trying to come into the US they should perform mental and physical exams in order to ensure their own safety.
