I did Tae Kwon Do for about 12 years and received my black belt at 12 years old. I was on the demonstration team and would travel and do performances and was an instructor.

How I ended up a cheerleader in Highschool after being a martial artist is a story for a different day. I also did gymnastics and was on the swim team.

I did end up going back to being cool and joined the Army at 18. I served almost 11 years and am now happily honorably discharged.

Me ziplining in Kauai, Hawaii. My family's rule is you eat and do things you can't do at home. I have been to 40 states and 3 countries so far. My goal is to visit all 50 states and go to at least 3-4 more countries.

I have been blessed to have had many different experiences working in trauma-supportive services as an advocate and case manager. I have worked with children and families at a domestic violence shelter, advocate at my local hospital working alongside forensic nurses and law enforcement on dv, sexual assault, child abuse/molest, human trafficking, and elder abuse cases, male inmates at the state and county facility in my area, working with teens and local schools providing education on teen dating violence, substance abuse, anti-bullying, and suicide prevention, mental/behavioral health with homeless adults, and have been a training facilitator and sat on boards. I am currently the secretary on the board of directors for an agency and I enjoy being behind the scenes creating and changing things that support change to help people needed supportive services.
