Also some people are more creatively inclined and can design. Everybody brings something to the table.

Having more perspectives and ideas on one topic gives people more ways to look at something and expands other people view on stuff. Knowing each others preferences is really helpful because then if you want to do 2 things at once you can both do what you want. If more people have different tastes it makes the final product better and more creative while being more detailed.

Group strengths can help us work together in many ways. Since nobodies brain works in the same way everyone will have different ideas and ways of doing things. If someone is strong in one category but weak in another, the other people in the group might be able to help by using their strengths. Groups can also work together by sharing different ideas to make one strong idea that will benefit the whole group. Knowing what your team wants is important so you can make everyone happy. Although, your team may get into disagreements because not everyone has the same views. However this can benefit a group by making their work stronger.

My group worked together really well because we all had different strengths and skills. There was people in my group that were very creative and could draw good pictures, which helped me because i’m not creative. Different interest and hobbies lead our group because we were interested in all different things which made us have different skills and experiences. It very valuable to know each others preferences because they could be working on something they are strong at instead of something they aren’t. This leads to finishing faster and the answers would be more likely correct if they are strong at that subject. A respectful disagreement can improve a group by compromising so everyone is happy.

If we help each other out, some people can do what others can't and we can accomplish more in a shorter period of time. 2.Different perspectives can help build better ideas for certain situations and assignments. 3. If you know that a certain person is better at one thing than another then you can assign people to do tasks that they are better at completing. 4. A group's final project can be completed to a fuller extent if the group has different tastes to improve the project.

For example some of my group isn’t very artistic but one girl is so she helps do that, also some people in our group don’t like presenting but I can present more. Also we all have different perspectives so that can help us generate more unique ideas. I think that disagreeing is a good thing because it shows that everyone thinks differently and has different opinions. I think we all work well together in a group because everyone is good at something.

-Arwyn 6th period

Different perpectives and interests lead to stronger ideas because it opens up a lot of suggestions for an idea and everyone could pitch in and communicate on if the idea is a good/bad idea. It is valuable to know eachothers preferences when working as a team because it allows you to know more about your partners and figure out what is best suitable for them when working on a project or an assignment.

Someone’s strength can help balance others weaknesses by bringing in different skills. Such as lane, he’s very creative whereas me, I’m more organized. Our two different strengths can impact group work for the better. It’s valuable to know each other’s preferences when working together because it helps you to better understand each person in your group and their limits when working together. Respectful disagreement can be good for a group because it makes it to where every persons individual ideas were agreed upon and make the project more diverse. Different perspectives mean greater knowledge and insight into an assignment. This helps to improve the entire project because it helps you to see all sides.

For instance, Will isn’t the best drawer and he doesn’t have the best hand writing, but Anna was able to help by drawing things he wanted on our paper or writing things he wanted to say. Our different perspectives and interests helped lead to stronger ideas by each one of us saying what should be on the poster. It’s valuable to know each others preference so we can all work together.

In our group we found that our best work was produced when we all collaborated and contributed work that we were talented in. For example, Mary Ella would write something because she has the best handwriting and then someone else in the group would draw a picture that corresponded to what she wrote because they were better at drawing. Different perspectives allow an idea to become stronger because the idea is addressed from all sides and flaws can be spotted by one person that another did not spot. It is valuable to know each other’s preferences when working as a team because it allows us to effectively accomplish what needs to be done while still enjoying the process. One person may not be stuck with something they dread doing and they can do work they are better at and enjoy.

Nathan M- 7th period

Someone elses strength can help balance others weaknesses by taking over and having the other person do what they are best at. Different perspectives and interests lead to stronger ideas and more opportunities because you can put those together and have an agreement which will maybe make the final outcome better. It is valuable to know everyone's preferences while working so you know who is best at what, if someone is an artist, they can draw while someone else read if they prefer reading, it stations everyone into their biggest strengths to make the best work. A respectful disagreement and different tastes can make a project more interesting because all the people in the group are different and the final can be amazing and interesting at the same time.

It can help with the people in your groups become more productive if they discuss or maybe have the same interests as the people in your group. It is better to prefer with each others because when you guys working together you guys can talk easily about things in your group and can help to whatever you are working on. Well if someone in the group has a disagreement or maybe just want to ask a question when we are improving a groups final product maybe we can work things out.
