Time we held meeting: 17:30 until 18:00. We all held our first team meeting and we introduced ourselves to each other.

At 17:30 We met as a group and introduced ourselves to each other and briefly got to know each other.

At 17:35 We created a group chat so that we can all communicate with each other. This was via snapchat, which was the easiest form of communication for everyone.

At 17:45 We decided that we will meet up on Thursdays every week at 12:00 to discuss our assignment. We are meeting up next week to delegate our individual team roles.

At 17:47 We decided on a team group leader, Georgina Bardner.

At 17:50 we decided that we would create deadlines so that we are able to complete our work weekly in an organised manner.

At 18:00, We concluded our meeting with the agreement that we would meet again on Thursday.

13:06 We had a look at the 4 companies in detail and thought about which company to choose.

13:10 A Word document was created that we can all share and edit with the brief for the assignment on it. This allows us to better decide who would like to do which section.

13:11 We have decided that we are doing Tony's Chocolate as our chosen company to create the recruitment and selection portfolio.

13:24: We have decided who is doing which sections. Sam and Callista are doing identifying key competencies. Zak and Nic are designing the job description and person specification. Lauren, Maddi and Georgina are designing assessment tools and developing selection criteria.

13:29 We have agreed to meet again on next Thursday at 1pm and our smaller individual groups to meet before that meeting to discuss our individual roles.
