In 1967 there was the sixth-day war. On May 13, 1967, the Soviet Union falsely informed Egypt about the attentiveness of 11-13 army men of the Israeli Defence force with an intention to strike Syria. This was bad because in response Egypt started posting forces along their border with Israel in Sinai and on May 16 demanded the UN peacekeeping forces to leave the land surrounded by water. This caused part of the sixth-day war. Israel and Egypt when into war with each other and Israel won the war even though they were at a disadvantage.Egypt, Syria and Jordan went against Israel but Israel still beat all of them.
