How they relate to energy:
Lipids relate energy by storing it in the body till it is needed. some lipids give energy to brain cells or to nerves then to cells to help cellular function. Proteins relate to energy because when we don't have enough carbohydrates in us the amino acids then break down in order to give us the energy we need to move and do things. We use energy to break down protein to amino acid, carbs to sugar, and lipids to store fat.
Example/ Picture:
Description: This shows what each of them breaks down into.
