I would do some outside activities like the field trips, the one that said Javier or the one that I said, also I would try to make them feel comfortable with the class and be very crative.

As a teacher I have to care for my students and make sure that they learn as much as posible, this by getting to know them and explain the topic in a interesting way to increase their curiosity.

I would create a system to make the classic assesment less important and instead prioritize activities in which the students can demonstrate what they learn. This way students focus more on their learning process and how to demonstrate their progress during longer periods of time instead of putting a lot of effort on a single exam, quiz, etc.
