By focusing on the here and now, many people who practice mindfulness find that they are less likely to get caught up in worries about the future.<br>     (b) Mindfulness improves physical health. It can help relieve stress, improve sleep and lower blood pressure.<br>     (c) Mindfulness improve mental health. It is an important element in the treatment of a number of problems  including depression, substance abuse, eating disorder and anxiety disorders.<br>      <br>3.  I  can feel and hear things more clearly and is able to concentrate on an action that I do.</div>]]></description>

Mindfulness can be bought on through practice .<br><br>2.     What is the Benefits of practice Mindfulness? <br>   - Improved  Memory  -   Mindfulness can help to improved or memory. Our   memory will become more stronger if we do practice such as meditation or other training. <br>- Helps Lower Anxiety -  It can help to lower our  shyness if we have social anxiety disorder <br>-Managing Physical Pain – Mindfulness also have a role  in helping to manage some major pain like in our body or mind. <br>- Heightened Metacognitive Awareness – This can describes being able to detach from our own feelings and mental processes to step back and perceive them as momentary occurrences rather than ‘who we are’. <br>- Help Reduce Stress – Mindful training can solved by lowering our stress. By training, we can have calm mind and lower the stress we had when we do something .<br>3. Feedback on practice Mindfulness<br>- It help me to calm my mind when practice it. Next, I feel great when doing the practice because it help to reduce the worry that  I should stop thinking about. It also help lower my social anxiety when practice mindfulness. </div>]]></description>
