         <title>Burlington, Vermont is moving towards net zero, city uses same Amt of NRG it uses... contributing to this is utilizing bikes, electric cars, more public transportation. Their main renewable resources are wind, water, &amp; sun. The mayor is supportive of this movement. They feel the effort to use renewable resources is worthy of the impacts of global warming which opposes the Presidents sentiment of it causing economic issues. </title>
