Though not proven scientifically to work, its pretty simple and world-class athletes have embraced this technique for its pain-relieving and recovery benefits. You can increase blood flow and let the body do what it does to help resolve the issue." says Dr. Houman Danesh of Mount Sinia Hospital

Cupping is the next big thing because if athletes are hurt, but the athlete wants to keep playing then cupping can help their muscles. It looks painful and that you would be in serious pain, but it helps Olympic people or athletes get better so they can keep participating and not get out or put on the side lines. Cupping is a cool simple healing process because all you have to do is heat up a round glass cup, and then you place the cup quickly on the area where the body hurts so it can suck up the skin and draw blood to that area. When blood is drawled to that area then it quickly heals the tissue.

These Purple marks are the result of an ancient Chinese medical treatment called cupping.
Cupping is said to be a great way to relieve muscle pain, it is very simple to explain; Cupping is when a round glass cup is heated up inside and quickly placed on the part of your body that hurts, the heat in the cup makes a vacuum that sucks the skin upwards for a few minutes, this causes capillaries to break and blood to circulate better in the area, the increased circulation can help sore muscles recover faster. It isn't only used on athletes, some people use it just for the fun of it, or to relieve back pain, either way cupping is a great way to relieve pain.

The U.S. National Park Service celebrated 100 years of service to some of the well known parks on August 25, 2016. In Washington D.C, people are going to the national parks there to pay tribute. Since some of the parks are being affected by climate changes, pollution, and commercial development, this year was all about keeping the parks clean for the future generations.

Proxima b is the closest possible life sustaining "Earth twin" discovered yet being 4.2 light years away, but that doesn't mean we will be making a trip anytime soon because the trip would still take around 10,000 years.

On the twenty-fifth day of August, the United States National Park Service, along with many other people, celebrate one hundred years of managing the most well-known national parks such as Yosemite, Zion, and Yellowstone, just to name a few. The world's first national park was Yellowstone. It was created by Congress in 1872 and signed by President Ulysses S. Grant, and by 1916, we had 14 national parks. Now, the United States has over hundreds of different national parks and sites to visit.

A mystery surrounded why exactly many Olympic athletes had such an odd array of purple marks on them, well, used to. That mystery has since been solved due to the revelation of a new method called "cupping." This method is achieved through heating small cups and placing them on the various areas of your body, which include (but are not limited to) shoulders, backs, and legs. However this method isn't just for Olympic athletes, as many people have began using it as a way of therapy for sufferers of chronic pain, and can even go as far as to speed up healing.

"Is Cupping the Next Big Thing?"
In the recent Olympics, some of the swimmers and athletes doing water sports have been seen with purple circles on their bodies. This is a new muscle relief technique called cupping. The cup pulls skin up into it, and it breaks blood vessels called capillaries. This causes the muscle to heal more quickly, but the spot can last up to three weeks.
