One thing I've noticed while doing research is that larger countries tend to be less unionized.

Does a countries size impact the amount of unionization in it?

It seems like the more unionized countries have more public services,

Transportation

Healthcare

Paid time off

Childcare

Schooling

What can we do to make the U.S. more like these countries that are more unionized?

Although we do not have free higher education like Iceland, we have government loans and grants which provide financial help.

If our country were bigger, would we become more unionized? Does the amount of workers in our country play a role in how unionized the country is?

A connection would be from Sweden to America regarding health care. Sweden's health care wasn't free but it was generally fair depending on the size and income of the family. The US health care system also isn't free but also doesn't base itself off of those factors, which I think it should start.
Why not copy Sweden's health care system? It's not free so money is still take but at a fair rate measuring the amount taken with the amount that is earned per year.

The more unionized countries seem to have put more thought into the wants of the people/workers and have constructed a system that seems to be batter or at least more efficient than its counter parts

What other variables would effect the rates of unionization. ex: races, ethnic groups, religions and ect.

When it comes to labor power one connection I have been able to make with the countries is that the countries where citizens have move voice and power have better public Services.

One question I have when it comes to us and the other countries with weak services

Haven't gotten any better and nothing is changing, they can bask the others for help.

More unionized countries offer more to the working class, such as, free education, health insurance, paid time off, etc. If the US was more unionized would we be able to offer things similar to these?

The more public services that we have, the fewer union members we have as a whole due to less need for them.

why do so many other countries have better services than the us, or at least why are the best services not in the U.S.

A few thing I realized while comparing social benefits in the US vs. more unionized countries is that more unionized countries are a lot more fair compaired to the US. For example, in a lot of these unionized countries, healthcare is a lot cheaper, better childcare, and the people actually have a voice. Additionally, In Denmark you are entitled to a rest period of at least 11 consecutive hours within a period of 24 hours. (I researched this last class.
