In recent times, there is a common trend that numerous women tend to give birth later in life. Many people think that this development is beneficial, while others suppose that it has more downsides than plus ones. This essay will look at some reasons for this trend before coming to the decision.
There are several causes why women choose to have children late. First of all, some people want to be finacially and emotionally stable before raising a child. In fact, the cost of living is becoming more expensive, which forces parents to have ability to afford these sheer expenses if they want to have a child. Moreover, many women are ambitous and they aim to achieve and accomplish ( bỏ) certain goals before becoming mothers. In reality, they have a tendency of pursuing higher education and having a well-paid job ,so getting married and giving birth to a child is not the primary priority.
On the one hand, it is undoubtedly true that there are some drawbacks for this trend. Firstly, women at higher age face more risks when they bear a child than younger ones. In fact, having children when reaching over 35 can affect pregnancy due to ageing health. Moreover, raising a child at old age is more arduous that( than) that at young age not only because of their age but their children are also too young to self-manage.
On the other hand, I would argue that the benefits of this development outweigh the drawbacks. First and foremost, when women are at old age, they have a stable job, which helps them to be easier to afford sheer cost on having kids. For example, women with highly-paid job can give birth to a child in an international hosiptal which provide modern equipment and better childcare. Furthermore, if women reach a certain age, they will be more mature and emotionally stable to raise kids. In fact, some young women have to suffer from depression because they have children at young age when they are not ready for becoming mothers. Last but not least, when having children at old age, ( --> thanks to having children later in life) women (thêm can) gain a lot of experience and overcome numerous challenges. This (thêm may) help them sympathize with their kids more easily and give their children useful advices when they are in trouble.
In conclusion, I suppose that benefits of women’s giving birth to a child at old age outweigh drawbacks because of reasons that I have mentioned above.
Note:
- Chú ý sử dụng các từ: can, may, will...
Score: 6.0 Exellent!
