Priority habitats are more representative in the Forest and Natural Forests communities group, where five priority habitats have been identified and in Land Habitats of Maritime Influence where three priority habitats have been identified.
The communities associated with the exceptional class values correspond to the dune, feather and paleoduna systems, due to the habitats associated to the most developed shrub formations. The presence of pine forests on dunes and zimbrais, with endemic species confer the most valuable characteristics.
