Which habits or strategies do you consider that could be helpful in order to have a good nutrition and mental health during quarantine?

Apart from the numerously mentioned solution of "creating a daily habits' routine", it is important not to center life's perception into these two categories. A healthy diet should be balanced, rinch, varied, and likeable for whomever consumes it; whereas externing your feelings, meditating, keeping in touch with important people, write in a diary, etc. are good practices to keep a healthy mindset. Nevertheless, the answer is not to only focus into these 2 domains, but to integrate them healthy and organically to your daily life until they become a natural part of the things you do. -César

Do you think that if the quarantine continues, people will be able to identify if they are suffering any kind of mental or health illness or it will start to be normalized?

Yes and no. If someone is suffering from a mental ailment or health issue related to the pandemic, it is extremely important for him/her to consult a health professional; as it has been demonstrated that without the propper help, ailments of such nature tend to worsen throgh time. Nevertheless, it is true that some mental ailments tend to be normalized by the patient with the pace of time; the issure there is that this scenario is not healthy nor desirable. Mental health should be a priority, and the identification of mental illnesses is always a great first step to treat them, hence (even though it may in some cases) the normalization of such ailments should never be accepted (not the fact of having them, but the fact of having them and not treating them). -César

Do you think this problems could develop into an addiction that is keep for life?

Yes they can, I wouldn't use the term addiction as the majority act like inertia-based behaviours and don't generate a great amount of excitatory neurotransmisors; I would rather refer them as viscous cycles and/or tendencies that can detriment one's life. If they are untreated, this healthy habits can lead to consequences such as physiological diseases, actual Eating Disorders, obesity, severe depression and anxiety, etc. That's way getting professional attention is so important, and the lack of it (as founf in our research project) is such a big deal. -César

Do you think that this unhealthy habits will keep being a tendency even after the pandemic and what role can social media play into either making the problem bigger or help fighting it?

Anwering the first part of the question: it all depends on the individual. It is true that the social isolation has triggered most of the psychological ailments and bad habits in the people suffering them; but we cannot ignore the other individuals that had them before the pandemic, neither the long-term effect that some of this conditions may generate. The isolation's end will be a breakpoint to many as it mainly means, receiving stimuli again; but those affected in deeper way will be needing attention from a health professional.
On the other hand, answering the second part of the question, I do think social media has a big role in the scenario. As presented with our results, most of the teens spend between 1/4 to 1/3 of a day in them; and if they were used with the purpose of being a connection between people and an "interaction-facilitator", then they would help fight the problem. Nevertheless, if they engaged into a viscous cycle where the users "needed" them or became coodependent to them, then they would form another stair to surmount after the pandemic. -César

Nevertheless, it is important to remark that, if untreated, mental issues may continue undefinetly throughout one's life, lack of sleep may lead to chronical degenerative diseases (Alzheimer's or Parkinson's), and an unhealthy diet leads to obesity (one of the main causes of inumerable physiological problems). -César

This options allows you to plan your day and the way you're spending your energy throughout it, setting goals and enjoying what you like. With this, habits are formed, you react to stimuli (wich triggers neurotransmisors), and have a balanced/healthy/challenging lifestyle. -César

If we avoid or counteract the unhealthy habits we will have better mental health, but will it improve the feeling we have of isolation ?

Yes, partially. According to our investigation, the formation of a rountine with healthy habits (regarding nutrition, physical activites, sleep quality, and mental health) will actually make people fell better as they respond towards those stimuli with neurotransmisors (dopamine, endorfines, etc), like re-booting the sensation-nervous system. Nevertheless, there are a lot of factors that intervene in this process (call it lack of constance, or will, or even impossibility) which can make a person perceive their daily challenges as unsurmountable, hence making like more difficult. The thing, is to go step by step, each person with its own rythm, until they can get the most from life in spite of the situation. -César

If there's no possibility of that happening, then our advice would be to set a routine with marked hours for every activity in order to form daily habits and spend your day's energy fully (until nightime), and for the diet issue, it would just be a matter of actually being consciouss of what you eat and the quantities in which you consume it. The best case scenario would be to consult a nutriologist; but a balanced diet combined with exercise would be the better option. -César
