It took a lot of patience and a genuine approach, but once he knew I cared about him, he completely changed. He worked super hard to catch up his work and changed his attitude to the point of standing up for me when another student was out of line. This block he had no issues with discipline, passed all of his classes, got a job working at a senior citizen home, completed 2 classes on CBE and was a huge support for the SPED team first hour. He was a pleasure to see every morning and always positive and willing to offer a helping hand.
