Yes , I totally agree that winners are those who work with determination , sustained efforts , controlled attention and concentrated energy. Many times people keep on waiting for the opportunities to come and knock their doors but it is caught by those working hard for it. The person who dies in the ocean of opportunities only get the pearls of success whereas person sitting at the coast and waiting for the pearls of sucess to come on its own to him will never be able to achieve his dreams. Life is like a roller coaster ride and offers us challenges and opportunities. I agree that true winners are those who construct their determination with sustained effort, controlled attention, and concentrated energy and overcome challenges and capture opportunities. 

In life, it is really important to be vigilant enough to identify and attack the opportunities and determined enough to surpass all challenges with confidence and disregard for obstacles and other people's criticisms. It is rightly said that opportunities are like sunrises, if you wait too long, you miss it. We must realize that a dream doesn't become a reality through magic, it takes sweat and strong will. We must not get stuck over things and learn to move on with a smile on the face. It is of utmost significance that one must concentrate on one's strengths, instead of one's weaknesses and on one's powers, instead of one's problems.

Life is not a bed of roses and we must learn to rise and shine. Our mind is a like a landscape, it believes what you tell it. So, fill yourself with zeal and strong will and conquer the world with your spirits!

It is often said `no pain , no gain’ . One cannot get anything if one does not work hard, it does not have any substitute. Also failures are the stepping stones. They are the best teachers. It is a sure key to many riddles and make us familiar with our flaws. Will power is the hallmarks of success. It is important to identify opportunities and take steps to surpass them. Opportunities never come to those who wait they are captured by those who dare to attack. It is not luck or anything that defines success . Thus we must stop making excuses for our failures yet be determined  towards success. A burning desire is the greatest motivator of every human being .

If an individual changes his mentality it will see half glass full and live an optimistic life. Each one of us have their own dreams who want to achieve it. There is no easy thing in this world. We should work hard for it. But sometimes faith is trying to fool us, no matter how hard a person try he/she can also feel failures in it. But, this doesn't mean we should stop of dreaming . We can either sleep and start dreaming about what we want to achieve or believe in our own potential as well as work while everyone around you is partying and sleeping , it's not gonna be easy spending all those sleepless nights studying and still questioning our own self . 'Nothing in this life is worth easy' im aware that that this isn't the exact quote what you'll have heard and now you're gonna  check this quote out instead of working on ourselves this is what we've been doing our life , isn't it?

there is nothing in this world that we can't do , there is nothing that cannot be fixed . Yes, some wounds , some failures are just a misconception that we're not worth of anything , if it's gonna be easy then we would have been calling every single person scholar , athlete or a wise man . But it's never gonna be the case .
