         <title>Red Blood Cell</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Function: </strong>Contain hemoglobin which carries O2 from the lungs to the body. They also carry carbon dioxide back to the lungs. <br><strong>Adaptation: </strong>They are round, flat and have an indent in the middle (like a donuts) which increases the surface area. They are very small and flexible. They have a very thin membrane to let gasses in and out. They have no nucleus. <br><strong>Other</strong>: They are made in bone marrow from stem cells and form connective tissue, which forms part of the circulatory system.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
