No cancellation after claiming/confirming an item. If you can no longer proceed with your order, you may find a replacement buyer (slot transfer) at your own responsibility.

No cancellation for secured slots. Backing out after securing a slot may result in being blacklisted from future orders.

Please make payments within the given deadline. Failure to do so without prior notice may result in your order being cancelled and future participation being restricted.

Group orders and pre-orders may take several weeks or months to arrive depending on the seller's production and shipping schedule. Please be patient and order only if you are comfortable with the waiting time.

Lost parcels during shipping are beyond the GO's control. We will assist with follow-ups, but full refunds cannot be guaranteed. If a parcel is confirmed lost, a partial refund (30%–60% in IDR) may be issued depending on the item's value and the circumstances of the loss.

No refunds will be provided for manufacturing defects or damage occurring during shipping from the seller unless compensation is provided by the seller.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please communicate honestly regarding payment issues or unexpected circumstances. We are willing to discuss solutions as long as you inform us in advance.

Payment is accepted via PayPal only.

• Payments sent via Friends & Family (F&F) do not incur any additional payment processing fees.

• If you choose to pay via Goods & Services (G&S), the applicable PayPal fees will be added to your total invoice and must be covered by the buyer.

Personal Order is available for both item purchases and item searches. You may provide an item link, or Kalila can help search for the item on your behalf. Feel free to ask for price estimates or any inquiries before placing an order.

Full payment is required before checkout, including the Personal Order Service Fee. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

The GO is not responsible for seller-related issues, including scams, unofficial/counterfeit items, manufacturing defects, or damage occurring during shipping. Refunds will not be provided for these cases.

Parcels lost during transit between the seller, warehouse, and GO are beyond the GO's direct control. However, assistance will be provided for follow-ups whenever possible. Partial refunds may be issued according to the applicable Lost Parcel Policy.

Once the item arrives in Indonesia, you will be notified of the final shipping and tax charges. Please complete the payment within the stated deadline.

Orders that remain unpaid beyond the stated deadline without prior communication may be considered abandoned, and ownership of the item will be forfeited without refund.
