         <title>How everyone uses EF skills every day to plan and then to execute those plans</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>There are different required to different tasks. For example, this one was for organizing and planning a trip. </li><li>EF skills used were a chunking strategy with planning, a checklist, a calendar, sharing the latest updates with a group via the internet, and designated other jobs.</li><li>Following through with everyone is also critical. Make sure everything is following through.</li><li>Each member of the family has their strengths and contributions when working on tasks. It is important to be able to delegate them to people. </li><li>There are seven essential life skills every child needs. </li><li>For school success students should communicate with others, work in groups, be creative, flexible, get along with others, follows rules, independent, focuses on work, and regulates behaviors. </li></ul>]]></description>

Executive function changes over the lifetime.</li><li>These can trained the more you use them, the better they become. </li><li>Here are some executive functions emotional control, inhibitory control, goal setting/planning, organize, initiation, working memory, shift/mental flexibility, self-monitoring, and self-management.. </li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>We are all born with the potential to develop these skills. </li><li>Our brain changes throughout our lifetime.</li><li>An individual with a disability may take longer to develop EF skills. </li><li>The older we are the more are brains are developed. </li><li>When we are younger we guide children more, but the older they get children can self regulate. </li><li>People with developmental delays, attention deficit, learning disabilities, gifted and talented, children who experience trauma, and emotional disorders. </li><li><br></li></ul>]]></description>
