However, I still need to work more on dynamics and tempo to bring more emotion and expressiveness into my playing. Sometimes, I tend to play too rigidly, without enough contrast between soft and loud sections, and my tempo can be inconsistent, especially in more challenging passages. I should focus on practicing with a metronome to develop a steadier rhythm and pay closer attention to the nuances in the music, ensuring that each piece I play sounds more natural and engaging.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OX0vCnPXvoCrSfsPqO8Mwk57LXNIuKxO/view?usp=drivesdk

I realized that timing and dynamics play a crucial role in making my playing more expressive and refined. My timing should be more accurate, ensuring that I follow the rhythm precisely rather than rushing or dragging through difficult sections. Playing in time is not just about keeping a steady beat but also about understanding the natural flow of the piece, allowing the music to breathe while maintaining control over the tempo.

Additionally, I need to pay closer attention to dynamics, particularly following the markings for piano (soft) and forte (loud). Sometimes, I tend to play with a flat dynamic range, not fully bringing out the contrast between soft and loud passages. However, these variations in volume are essential for shaping the emotion of the piece. I should focus on exaggerating these differences during practice so that they become more natural when I play. By combining precise timing with expressive dynamics, my playing will become more engaging, capturing the true essence of the music.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/14yX9LhnSkRQh0JfUnjkYL1Kl-M2IMlcT/view?usp=sharing

I am becoming more confident in my playing, and I can navigate the keys with greater ease. However, I recognize that I still need to work on dynamics and tempo to make my playing more expressive and refined.

My timing should be more accurate, ensuring that I follow the rhythm precisely rather than unintentionally speeding up or slowing down. Using a metronome more often will help me develop a steadier tempo, allowing me to play with better control and consistency. At the same time, I must focus on the nuances of dynamics, ensuring that I properly follow markings like piano (soft) and forte (loud). These variations in volume add depth and emotion to a piece, making it more engaging for both the performer and the listener.

By improving my control over tempo and dynamics, I will be able to bring more life and character into my music. I aim to practice more intentionally, paying close attention to these elements so that they become second nature in my playing.

The notes are harder, requiring more precision and control, and the rhythms are more complex, demanding better timing. Unlike the simpler pieces I played before, these new compositions require a deeper understanding of technique, expression, and coordination between both hands.

One of the biggest challenges I face is keeping my tempo steady while managing tricky passages. I sometimes slow down when encountering difficult notes or speed up unintentionally when I get too comfortable. To improve, I need to focus on playing at a controlled pace, using a metronome to maintain accuracy.
