         <description><![CDATA[<div>I see the connection between PL and equity is valuing student's voice and choice in the classroom.  I agree that  not all students need the same 'way' to show learning and giving them choices will support their individual interests and ability levels.  I also think as far as data collection and understanding our students, PL will help them feel ownership and understanding as to if their learning targets were met.<br><br></div>]]></description>
