Well, as you know I work in a big company but in a small office. I this case I think that to rk in a very small office is difficult because you are with too much people in a long time of the days. 
I thik the first tip is to be patient, you have to be patient wir the people becaus you don't want to fight with them or anything.
Another tip is to be there to help. If one perosn need help then you have to help, this is important.
Also another tip is to do your resposability and a bit more. But if I have to give you one or two tips, then I think that the first would be patieince and organization.
