In (3.1.64-79), he states how he is above other men as seen in "there's but one in all doth hold his place." This image shows how Caesar is like a guide to the citizens of Rome as the side on the left shows the northern star is above the people, guiding them. On the right, Caesar is seen to also guide and possibly rule them as the people would follow the ways of the star, therefore the ways of Caesar.
