A little about me

I am an event planner and facility manager at The Preserve at Bingham Hill in Fort Collins, Co. My experience goes beyond event planning, my background is pretty well rounded. I have worked in restaurants as a server, bartender, hostess.

I had a career for 13 years in the medical field as medical assistant, phlebotomist, x-ray tech, office manager, Orthopedic, Spine, and Pain management nurse for 5 of those years. I tought medical assisting. I ran a surgery center. I have also worked for Fujitsu , a large tech company, helping stores, theatres and other of the like with their technology, pos, and self scanner installs.

I volunteered for Susan G. Komen for 8 years and worked as their Stage and Script Chair person. In that I helped manage multiple stages at the race events that hosted up to and exceeding 15,000 people.

My immediate future plans are to finish up my Hotel Management and Event Planning Degree and my Business Degree. I will be completing my Hotel and Event degree this spring.

My Future

My husband and I are working towards owning and operating a multi use venue with a brewery and winery. We hope to open our venue up in North Texas. Our short-term goal is to move back hope in about 6 years and purchase 20+ acres for our home and venue to be located on.
