This is important because women should have the right to vote. Women deserve the right to share their opinions and have a say in who they want their president to be. If they didn't have the right to vote for what they wanted it would be unfair.

13th Amendment

This is important because no one should be treated differently because of the color of their skin. People of color should have just as many rights as White people.

The 15th amendment matters because everyone is a person and it's not based on your color. Everyone is the same no matter their color. The 13th Amendment abolished slavery in the entire United States. Also everyone should have their own freedom. Also own their own land and housing.

The 13th abolished slavery, which helped improve their lives. Gave them rights, And gave them the right to vote. This amendment got rid of free labor and helped fix the economic state at the time.

The 15th amendment made it so nobody can be denied the right to vote. Including new citizens. No matter where you come from. Or what your skin color is. You should be able to vote

"The 15th Amendment", Prohibits federal and state governments from denying a citizen the right to vote based on race, color, or previous condition of servitude". As the final Reconstruction Amendment. It aimed to secure voting rights for formerly enslaved African American men.

You can be any race and still vote for who you want.

The 19th Amendment also, says that gender cannot be used as a criteria for voting.

I don't think it matters who or how you vote.

The 13th Amendment is the Amendment that abolished slavery. Without this Amendment our country would not be what it is. People would still be using people as property and treating them unfairly. It made overall a better country and a more fair overall.

I believe that the 13th Amendment is one of the most important Amendments. The 13th Amendment is important because it makes sure that nobody works without pay. It also improved the lives of the slaves, allowed them to get a house and start their own family.

The 15th Amendment is also important because it gave colored men the right to vote. It allowed them to have a say in what happened in this country. It gives them a chance to get what they want in this country.

The reason I chose the 13th amendment was because it was an important part in history for the African Americans

The reason I chose the 19th amendment is because if it was not a thing women could not vote today

19th Amendment- I think this amendment is important because I believe that gender shouldn't be able to stop anyone from voting or being able to own specific rights. Just because you are female or male it shouldn't define your rights.

The 22nd Amendment was important to America because it prevented any one individual from holding too much power over an extended amount of time. By setting limited terms, the goal was to prevent any president from abusing their power over the State. This created a more normal and safe leadership. This Amendment was even great for experimenting with different types of leadership. Different presidents can bring different ideas and opinions to the table.

The 15th Amendment is also an important one. It gave the slaves the right to vote. Anyone can vote regardless of color.
