I'm writing to complain about the laser printer we bough the last week. Since we tried to use it, It's giving us continuous error messages. And also we're having issues installing the database!

So as you can understand we need a new Laser Printer. And also an upgraded version of the database.

We are very upset with this incident and hope, we could solve it as soon as possible.

We are also having problems with the instalation of the database so we can´t use that either. We need solutions as soon as posible, so it would be wonderful if you  send us a new printer  immediatly  and  someone to help with the instalation of the database.
If we can´t find a solution for this soon we will have to reconsider our deal.

 I'm writing to complain about the  faulty printer you sent me, the lasser gives me a lot of errors messages, and even over I'm having problems when I try to install the database.

I need a solution soon  for the reason that I use it for my work everyday, it is vital that it is functioning properly so that I can concentrate only in my work.

Everytime I try to use the printer, it gives me error messages making impossible to use it.
In addition I have problems installing the D5 database.
It would be nice if you can send me  a new laser printer and to provide me an upgraded version of the database.
I don't want to repair the laser printer, I need a working one as soon as possible.

If you can't help me to solve this problem quickly, I will proceed to fill a claim sheet.
