This inventory is used to motivate students. I have a few students who will not complete their work in class, even with behavior contracts. I have seen one student increase his productivity after being put on one a few weeks ago. The teacher monitors them to start and over time the responsibility is turned over the student. The teacher will pick a time period in which this will start, he or she will pick which behaviors and how it is recorded.
