He led the Russians into a false sense of fellowship at his meaningless promises. He went on to promise things he knew him and his comrades could never fully accomplish. He may have been good in the eyes of the people but he certainly wasn't good in the long run. I also brought in his comrades who would practically destroy the remaining structure Russia had after his passing (Stalin). All the famines and toture his rein inflicted on the Russian people would have lessened if he left the Romanov Dynasty alone.
