Students arriving at school after the 8:35 am bell to the Academy Campus are considered tardy and must report to the Academies Campus main office to receive a pass to enter their classroom. Parents need to sign the tardy book indicating the reason for tardiness. The teacher or paraprofessional will come to pick up the child. Parents are not to walk to classroom if arriving late. (Middle School Building).

 

 

Parents who need to pick up students prior to dismissal times MUST report to the office to sign the child out of school. Please be prepared to show proper identification to have your child leave school before the scheduled dismissal time. Students WILL NOT be released to anyone who is not authorized by the parent and listed on the student emergency contact card. It is the parent’s responsibility to notify the office in writing if any names are to be added or deleted from the list of those authorized to take your child from school.

 

Copies of the parent handbook will be given to each teacher and are to be sent home today.
