VOICE is a healthcare learning program specific to Flagler that addresses culture, listening to patient's perspectives, and ways to learn evidence-based standards, practices, and curriculum with the goal of improving healthcare service toward the patients. All employees complete 10 1-hour clinics that are scheduled 4 weeks apart. As a new employee, the first clinic begins during orientation. The rest of the clinics are completed once a department and VOICE coach is assigned.
