- I took these two days to do some research on TEE using google scholar website to improve my objectives by referring some journals related to this topic. 

- Before I make correction for new objectives, I have to find the gap study to create a problem statement to support my objectives. I have to make sure my objectives related to my TEE project objectives. Then, I saved all the articles on TEE in my folders so that I can refer them in the future and cited in my FYP1 proposal and also can show to my supervisor whether that articles suitable to be used.

- Finding journals for the literature review in report on ultrasound and TEE. The reason I also looking for ultrasound articles because TEE transducer is connected to ultrasound machine. So it also play an important role in TEE procedure or affect the image produced. 

- In literature review I also focus to find information for image analysis using TEE. Not only that I do research on the relationship of heart image with TEE as well as ultrasound. Other than that, the parameters need to be measured for this projects. All these things are important to obtain and should be included in the literature review part to prove my findings before I proceed further on this project. 

- I send new objectives asked by doctors where she wanted me to include the parameter that I am going to measure for this project. After my supervisor, Dr Maria looks objectives she told that my first and seconds objectives almost the same so I need to make more research to create another strong objectives for cardiac imaging using TEE.

- While finding the best parameter need to be measured, I also find the suitable methods to be used in this project at the same time. So that, I will not wasting my time to only focusing on the same thing. I prepare the methodology because Dr Maria wants us to show the method as well for next week meeting. 

- In this meeting, Dr Maria teach me the right way to make gap studies and also to ensure I am able to find the best problem statement, objectives and methodology. She has mentioned that I need to make a table and fill in the author's name with year as well as include the objectives, method and problem statement. From this, I will be able to compare and choose the best journal as my reference for my FYP project.

- In the meeting, I show the table that Dr asked me to make by involving the author's name with year, objectives, method and parameter measured.

- From the findings, Dr asked me to choose only one journal as my reference. This is one of the way to avoid me from confusing as I always wrongly make decision by referring to many articles at the same time.

- I find the cardiac image using ultrasound or TEE at some open website. My target is to obtain more than 1000 cardiac images to analyze their image quality.

- I started to do chapter 1 for the FYP1 proposal on cardiac imaging using TEE. The contents in chapter 1 including background of the study, problem statement, research objectives, scope of the study and significance of the study. Chapter also known as the introduction chapter of the project.

- I find some articles on the detection of brain tumour in MRI images using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The reason why I choose CNN compare to other deep learning network because CNN is the best deep learning to be used for image classification where it can give up to 98% accuracy.

- I also obtain more than 3000 MRI images containing no tumour and brain tumour images from Github which is a free open source in google.

- Without wasting time, I start to do chapter 1 and 2 as well as do more research to support this topic. I focus on finding the best dataset so that I can mention the exact amount of MRI brain images that will be processed using the CNN. Then, I also finalized the objectives and get approval from my supervisor, Dr Maria to put my last objectives before FYP1 proposal submission. Additionally, I also found the best method for this study by asking my senior because she also had done her FYP project using CNN and MATLAB.

- I completing the proposal report by doing chapter 4 (Expected Result) and chapter 5 (conclusion). Then, I directly do the proposal slide which includes all the important points for proposal presentation. After finishing the slide, I do recording for proposal presentation using Zoom Meeting apps. My supervisor also asked to put the gantt chart in the proposal, so I put it on the Appendix part as well as the turnitin report. I have achieved 20% similarity index in the turnitin. It is acceptable as we need to ensure the similarity less than 40% for FYP.

- I have submitted the proposal report, proposal slide, video presentation and turnitin report by uploading all of them in google drive file. Then, I submit the google drive link through google form to both examiners, Dr Hau and Dr Malar also my supervisor, Dr Maria. I also share to them the link through whatsapp.

- I sent a zoom meeting link for FYP1 defense (Q&A session) to both examiners using google calendar to remind them earlier before the actual event on 11/1.

- During this session, the examiner asked me to give summary on my project. Then, they start to ask me some questions and also give many suggestion for improvement especially on my objectives and problem statement. They told that some of my problem statement not related to my objective. Therefore, I need to make the correction on this two parts. Both comments from the examiners are the same. The comment in figure 1 and figure 2 as shown below.

- In the meeting, Dr Maria asked feedback from us for FYP1 defense experience. At that time, after hearing our feedbacks and personal feeling toward FYP1, she gave some advices to ensure we will never give up on completing our project.
