         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Tuesday, Friday - Class B (Bill of Rights)</strong></p><p><strong><em>Preamble</em></strong></p><p><strong>All individuals in Australia are entitled to the rights and freedoms outlined in this Declaration without discrimination such as (but not limited to) citizenship, race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Amendment 1: Treatment of Individuals</em></strong></p><p><strong>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <em>No individual should be subjected to slavery, hate speech, discrimination, </em></strong>torture or inhumane, cruel, or degrading behaviour of punishment.</p><p><strong>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Individuals should be born free in equal and dignity, with no expectations of allegiances and affiliations.</strong></p><p><strong>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; No individual should be subjected to state-sanctioned executions.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Amendment 2: Equality Before the Law</em></strong></p><p>(1)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Everyone has the right to be recognised equally with prejudice before the law.</p><p>(2)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; All Australian citizens have the right and obligation to be a democratic participant.</p><p>(3)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Every individual has right to a fair trial before the law.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Amendment 3: Quality of Life</em></strong></p><p><strong>(1)&nbsp;&nbsp; A minimum quality of life must be achievable to all individuals residing within the law.</strong></p><p><strong>(2)&nbsp;&nbsp; Every individual has the right to a minimum wage as informed by current socioeconomic factors.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Amendment 4: Access to Education</em></strong></p><p><strong>(1)&nbsp;&nbsp; Everyone has the opportunity to access quality education.</strong></p><p><strong>(2)&nbsp;&nbsp; Parents, guardians or children themselves, shall have the right to decide whether children shall receive religious instruction.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Amendment 5: Personal Freedoms</em></strong></p><p><strong>(1)&nbsp;&nbsp; Everyone has the right to have and develop personal freedoms such as but not limited to freely participating in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits so much to they do not violate the rights of others.</strong></p><p><strong>(2)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong>Every individual of full age has the right to marry and find a family, with no dissolution based on gender, race, nationality, religion or other factors.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Amendment 6: Ownership</em></strong></p><p><strong>(1)&nbsp;&nbsp; Individuals are entitled to receive compensation from natural resources extracted from Australian Territory.</strong></p><p><strong>(2)&nbsp;&nbsp; Acknowledgment of Indigenous landownership in development of areas.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Amendment 7: Protection of Natural Environment</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>(1)&nbsp;&nbsp; The natural environment of the country should be protected by executive and Judicial actions.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>(2)&nbsp;&nbsp; Individuals has the responsibility to acknowledge and maintain carbon neutrality for future generations.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Amendment 8: Freedom of Peaceful Protest</em></strong></p><p><strong>(1)&nbsp;&nbsp; Individuals have the right to peaceful (that does not infringe on autonomy of others), assembly regardless of political or religious alignments.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong><em>Amendment 9: Privacy</em></strong></p><p><strong>(1)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong>No one should be subjected to interreference with their privacy, family, home or correspondence.</p><p><strong>(2)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Everyone has the right to decide whether their private information can be traded.</strong></p><p><strong>(3)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Everyone has the right to be secure in their persons and belongings; denying entry and unreasonable search without warrant.</strong></p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>]]></description>
