Wash the potatoes. <br>2.Peel and cut the potatoes.<br>3.Put them in the pan, season as you like and fry.<br>4.Break the eggs, put them in a large bowl and beat.<br>5. Season and mix with the potatoes<br>6.Put the pan back into the fire, add a trickle of the reserved oil and add the mixture.<br>7.          <title>GAZPACHO</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>INGREDIENTS:</div><div>-6 big,&nbsp; ripe tomatoes.</div><div>-2 green&nbsp; peppers.</div><div>-1 red pepper.</div><div>-1 cucumber.</div><div>-1 onion, 1 garlic clove (optional)</div><div>-2 slices of bread from the previous day without the crust.</div><div>-Salt, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar.</div><div><br></div><div>PROCESS:</div><div>1&nbsp; Put the bread in a bowl with water to cover them, adding a little salt and oil.</div><div><br></div><div>2. Peel and chop the tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, onion and garlic. Mix all the ingredients.</div><div><br></div><div>3. In the electric mixer, place the mixture of ingredients and add a little water. Add the bread,&nbsp; vinegar and mix again until everything is homogeneus.</div><div><br></div><div>4. Add cold water and mix well.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>5.          <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>INGREDIENTS</li><li>250 g raw almond (better if you grind it at home)</li><li>250 g of sugar.</li><li>Grated lemon.</li><li>125 g of boiled potato.</li><li>1 egg.</li><li>70 g grated coconut.</li><li>60 g of pine nuts.</li><li>50 g whole raw almonds.</li><li>PROCESS</li><li>Put the potato in a saucepan with water for 20 minutes. Peel the potatoes and mash them in a bowl. Add the sugar and lemon skin and mix (until you make a molding paste by hand).</li><li>Add the yolk and stir.</li><li>Add the almond and mix all the ingredients.</li><li>Make little balls with the dough, cover them with the pine nuts and put in the oven.</li><li>Bake at 180º C for 15 minutes.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>INGREDIENTS:</li><li>400 gr. prawns.</li><li>4 cloves of garlic.</li><li>½ chilli.</li><li>50 cl. of olive oil.</li><li>Salt.</li><li>Parsley.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>PROCESS:</li><li>-1Peel the garlic and then cut it into very small pieces. We do the same with the chilli.</li><li>-2-Add a little oil in a frying pan and pour everything we have cut, to start stirring.&nbsp;</li><li>-3- While they are browning,&nbsp; peel the prawns. When you have them ready, add them and stir&nbsp; to boil with the oil used to fry the garlic and chilli</li><li>-4-Add a little salt and parsley and stir for some minutes.</li><li>-5-Serve them on a plate.</li><li>It is a tapa that is usually taken with wine (white, red or black).</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;INGREDIENTS:</div><ul><li>1⁄2cup of granulated sugar</li><li>1⁄2 cup of cornstarch</li><li>1⁄4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg</li><li>3 cups of milk</li><li>1tablespoon of butter or margarine</li><li>1⁄4 teaspoon of grated lemon</li><li>2eggs, well beaten</li><li>3⁄4 cup of breadcrumbs</li><li>vegetable oil</li><li>1⁄3cup powdered sugar &nbsp;</li><li>PREPARATION: &nbsp;</li><li>Mix granulated sugar, cornstarch and nutmeg in a saucepan</li><li>Gradually stir the milk.</li><li>Heat to boiling.</li><li>Remove from heat.</li><li>Add butter and lemon skin.</li><li>Spread in a square baking dish</li><li>Refrigerate uncovered at least 3 hours until firm.</li><li>Cut custard into squares, using a wet knife.</li><li>Dip custard squares into eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.</li><li>Heat oil (1 to 1/2 inches) to 360°F; fry 2 or 3 squares for 1 to 2 minutes or until light brown; drain on paper towels.</li><li>Sprinkle with powdered sugar.</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
