¿How does a panamanian migrates?
The "Servicio Nacional de Migración de Panamá" is the one It is in charge of providing security for the inhabitants of Panama, and protecting them from other migrants who block their borders, likewise they say that their mission is to control the migratory movements of foreign nationals and the stay of the latter in the national territory. As they mention that they base their services according to human rights and laws; at the technological forefront contributing to the development of their country, how is this news given in the link above, they found Nucaraguenses migrants obstructing the borders of Panama, and the National Migration Service acted immediately for the protection of its citizens.

Description of the situation: Lebanon, a country located in the middle of all the conflicts of Middle East, is a country that for decades has become the host of millions of migrants. Up to the date Lebanon has a population of 4.4 million people, not accounting for the million Syrian migrants and the 650K Palestinians migrants. As for today, this country has become the country with the highest concentration per capita of migrants.
Aside from the implications that receiving such enormous quantities of migrant mean for a country, Lebanon has been facing political instability since the crisis upraised in 2013, when the mandate of the parliament was extended. Now, the fragile situation of the country is becoming even worse, they are facing a possible third "empty chair", which means the lack of a political leader.
As mentioned before the country is located in the middle of many conflicts and even when they have tried to keep a non-inference politic, it has become inevitable for them to get immerse in the Syrian conflict; supporting Bashar Al-Assad's regime.
Bearing all the previously mentioned internal conflicts in mind, the country is not in conditions of receiving more migrants, even when there is the need of protecting them. Arsal, a Libanese city, is already exceeded in habitants there is no more capacity to receive migrants, the conditions in which they have been received leaves them very vulnerable. All the migrants are now arriving to a country where they have to compete with the national habitants for the basic resources.

In France, the focus of the crisis was concentrated in Paris and in the northern city of Calais, where thousands upon thousands of foreigners settled in irregular camps with extremely precarious conditions. And one example of the medium is The Aquarius Migrant Boat this boat was created by the
Franco-German organization SOS Méditerranée and by the NGO Doctors., that rescue people in the Mediterraine boat.

Refugees, and the fate of civilians in general, are critical to planning in case of dramatic political instability in North Korea. Most concerning strategically is that civilians attempting to flee to China would prompt the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) to intervene in North Korea, and could lead to further internationalization because the South and its allies would also intervene in response.

My comment:
I see a lot of people in one boat trying to escape their country and flee China in case of dramatic political instability or to seek a better life.
I think in this image they are running away form their country because there is a lot of people in the rusted boat and it makes me wonder, why would they get on that boat for?.
