In this scenario I'm going to pretend to be a large business owner with lots of employees. If I were to get an insurance I would get product liability insurance. This protects me from financial loss resulting from defect product that can cause an injury. Some considerations for getting a particular insurance are: what's the motivation?, who is the market?, how diverse is the business. If I am a large manufacturer with large machinery or other products I can't have workers suing me everyday for getting injured in the workplace.
