When it comes to being an ethical leader one must learn a lot about themselves and grow. We all grow up with different beliefs and values that may differ from others. To be a responsible ethical leader we need to look at what is the “right” thing to do, and not so much what we believe is the “right” way. Being empathetic, openminded, responsible and respectful are all important parts of being an ethical leader in my opinion.
