To reduce our own bias we used a random number generator in order to pick the students. We numbered them 1 to 20. Some lurking variables could be how good the student is taking tests in general. Depending on how good the person is at taking tests it could effect the results for our test. As well as another lurking variable could be the subject the test was on. Seeing as some students struggle with certain subjects some could've done better than others based on the subject the test was on.

Seeing as people who got 2 hours of sleep averaged around a 56 percent. Though the more someone achieved in their sleep the better their test score was. The students who received 8 hours of sleep had the best average of test scores coming in around an 87 percent on the test. Which shows a dramatic increase in success upon how how much sleep the student received.
