He didn't get why the farmers daughter was killed and why they saved the witch. It made conor's experience harder because after that the boys kept messing with him. Tale #2 reflected on conors experience. The apothecary was mean and people were mean to him so he started to do bad things and that related with conor because he grew meaner and then the monster started to do bad things like break his grandmothers things. Tale #3 reflected on conors experience. He was talking about a invisible man and at school conor felt invisible like no one could see him.
