Chipochashe is a community empowerment project that seeks to empower the rural community of Zhanje Village community in Mashonaland East Zimbabwe through access to quality education and elear, clean water and sanitation and nutrition. The project is comprises an ECD center catering for 96 learners, a borehole with a community water point, community garden, poultry project, (layer chickens and broilers) tuck shop, grinding mill and a women empowerment project of sewing and arts and crafts. The project impacts more than 150 households in the community.

Gudele children Centre (GCC) is a children friendly space established in 2021 as an initiative of Youth Hands for Development Organization (YHDO) to tackle its Education in Emergency for Vulnerable Children Program (EEVCP). In the space Basic Education, Peace Education, children Rights, child protection, Positive peace building among vulnerable children (street going children, Confident Children out of Conflict and Orphans) are our major areas of concern. We are committed in creating a conducive environment for the most vulnerable children, and engaging parents and guardians in focus group discussions on identifying their roles in Early Childhood Education, Gender Based Violence and child protection with special consideration on Children with Disabilities (CWDs).
Our project is catering for 505 children that get access to our free basic education and some activities in the center. Children that never knew how to read and write are coping with the learning, by 2025 the project will impact 5000 street children with no access to Education and basic needs.

Nothing in life comes easy. Both my parents didn’t complete elementary school and I became the first generation in the family to go to college. This lack of opportunity was turned into fuel to create my 1^st meaningful stamp in the world: “Preparadão Universia”, the largest educational festival in Brazil that I create and entered in the Guinness World Records, by breaking the record of largest biology class. Moreover, 5,019 students prepared better for ENEM, the national exam.
Most people pursuit their 1^st million dollars before their 30’s. I always thought differently: impact 1 million people before 30’s. So, I did it! Before my 30’s, being the youngest CEO to lead a company in the 160-years history of Santander’s group, I led Universia to impacted 1 million students on its employment programs and support directly 10,000 job placements.
This background led me to be elected by Forbes Magazine as one of the “Under 30’s”, by the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper and by the U.S. Department of State to join the Young Leaders of America Initiative.
Yet, I didn’t come this far to only come this far. On my 40’s the goal is to be relevant for 100 million people. Maybe it is big dream, but I agreed with Mandela when he said: “There is no passion to be found playing small and settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living”.

Ujuzi Wetu is a registered Community Based Organization whose mission is to empower young people to reach their full potential through education, empowerment initiatives and innovative intervention programmes designed to enhance their total well-being. Our Program focus on positive youth development, employability skills, business development and business funding opportunities. The goal of this project is to increase the chances of employability, digital literacy, entrepreneurial skills and adeptness of youth to the job market.

The project has so far impacted over 500 youth out of school and over 6000 youth in school.

Virtous woman is an organization group of women who are focused to solve the social issues that affect a woman in the society. We are so focused on poverty Eradication programmes and we do this in lamu county especially in the remote areas of Mpeketoni, Hongwe ,Sinambio to mention but a few where kids go to school with nothing on stomach. We advocate for sexual reproductive health and offer sanitary towels to girls in school to keep them in school. For sustainability we make sure we plant trees in these schools so that when the trees can be sold then the project of PadMe can continue by giving 50% to it. We have managed to supply to more than 5schools ,villages and reached over 2,000/- women and girls.
I do this with gladness because it's what makes me happy.
